Nashville, Tenn., November 29, 2016 – Gen Cap America, Inc. announced today that it has supported management in its acquisition of Pyramyd Air Ltd.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Pyramyd Air management team, led by Val Gamerman, will stay on to run its daily operations.
