Nashville, Tenn., January 6, 2021 – Gen Cap America, Inc. (“Gen Cap”), a private equity firm focused on lower middle market buyouts, announced today that it has acquired Frontier Packaging, Inc. (“Frontier”) in partnership with management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Frontier is a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality packaging materials, with a focus on innovative, efficient, and industry-proven solutions for seafood packaging.  With almost 100,000 square feet of warehoused inventory, Frontier provides a full line of custom and stock packaging and processing supplies to quickly meet the needs of seafood producers in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and beyond. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in the Seattle area.
